Institutdysten - volunteers

The Battle of the Institutes is a large social event for all students at SDU. It is held every year on "The Students' Day" — a day when the calendar is cleared of classes in favor of a large activity day!

If you want to contribute to making the day great, you now have the opportunity to sign up as a volunteer. As a volunteer, you will get behind-the-scenes at one of SDU’s major events, meet and work alongside a lot of amazing people, and take part in the volunteer party afterward.

As a volunteer, you will have the chance to help with various tasks around the event site, gain a great experience, and enjoy some awesome benefits.

You can work within the the following roles:

• Be a bartender—help keep the show running smoothly.

• Be a referee for various competitions—ensuring fairness and fun.

• Be a runner—the all-in-one person who steps in wherever the help is needed.

• Additionally, we need volunteers to help with setting up and taking down the event site. This will take place the day before The Battle of the Institutes (April 30th) and after the event (May 1st after 5 PM). This means you can still participate in the competitions or take on another role during the event. If you choose this task, you can also select one of the three roles mentioned above.

Signing up is super easy—just choose the task that sounds most exciting to you, and we will contact you with confirmation of your assigned role!

Note: We cannot guarantee that everyone will get their preferred role. However, if you are assigned a different task, we will contact you beforehand.
